本課程授課內容從半導體物理到發光機制,發光二極體到半導體雷射,都將有極為詳細的介紹。前三者約需8週的上課時間,半導體雷射也需可以8週的上課時間。本課程將有一次期中及一次期末考,期間也會有作業。半導體雷射則含括基本的寬面積、氧化層條狀、脊狀型的增益型雷射,以及掩埋型、橫接面、表面發光雷射,我們將從原理機制、製作技術、介紹到雷射的特性及應用。
