Brief

本課程授課內容從半導體物理到發光機制，發光二極體到半導體雷射，都將有極為詳細的介紹。前三者約需8週的上課時間，半導體雷射也需可以8週的上課時間。本課程將有一次期中及一次期末考，期間也會有作業。半導體雷射則含括基本的寬面積、氧化層條狀、脊狀型的增益型雷射，以及掩埋型、橫接面、表面發光雷射，我們將從原理機制、製作技術、介紹到雷射的特性及應用。
